【摘要】 近几年来,湖南省房地产市场持续、快速、健康的发展。房地产市场购销两旺,市场供给与需求总体平衡,住房供应结构合理调整,住房保障显著增强,住房消费需求强劲,商品房空置面积减少,商品房价格稳步攀升。为此通过对房地产价格的剖析,以及对湖南省历年房地产价格变化趋势的研究,寻找出湖南省房地产市场供给和需求的变化对其价格的影响。根据需求的价格弹性公式做出相关分析。并对2005年至2009年的湖南省房地产价格的未来变化趋势做出预测。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the last few years,the real estate market of Hunan has developed continuously,quickly and healthily.Buying and selling are very brisk in the real estate market.The total supply balances with the need in the market.The spply structure of the housing adjusts reasonably.The guarantee of the housing builds up obvoiusly.The housing consumerism and the need ane powerful.The empty area of the commercial residential building decreases.The merchandise building of real estate price increases steadily.Through the analysis of the real estate price and the study of changing trend of Hunan real estate price in the recent years,we have found Hunan various supply and demand of the Hunan real estate market according to the influence of the price.We also made a related analysis according to the flexible formula of demanding price.At last,we made a prediction to the future variation tendency of the real estate price of Hunan Province from 2005 to 2009.更多还原
