【Abstract】 As the two complimentary principles in pragmatics , cooperative principle and politeness principle are the basic theories of social communication. In the case of intercultural communication , pragmatic failure doesn’t mean the infeasibility of communicative principles, but that people lay special emphasis on different aspect in the light of their own culture, and thus result in different understanding of conversational implicature of addresser and addressee.更多还原
