【Abstract】 Zhejiang’s average per capita GDP,income and savings are always ranked among the highest in China.But behind these high average numbers,there in fact exist very prominent and increasingly bigger income gaps in the whole province,especially between the cities and the villages,or among themselves.The causations of the unbalanced income distributions aggravated year in year out in Zhejiang Province can be attributed to the deviations in development strategies,distribution principles,social insurance institutions and second-distribution measures as well as the high average income held by moneybags.更多还原
