【Abstract】 The fnancing difficulty of private enterprises is becoming a common concern in the theories and in the enterprises.After systemtically analyzing the financing difficulty and its causes of Chinese enterprises in recent years,this paper points out that,to solve the financing difficulty of private enterprises,it is absolutely necessary to have the support from government policy and regulations,the system innovation of the financial departments,and the exploration of more financial services.And it is especially significant for the private enterprises to strengthen their management and improve their credit rating.更多还原
