【摘要】 采用分光光度法,以芦丁为标准品,对产于皖南黄山山脉的黄山野菊花中总黄酮含量进行了测定。黄山野菊花中总黄酮含量以芦丁计为6．29%,平均加样回收率为101．8%,RSD为0．28%。方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为检测黄山野菊花中总黄酮含量的一种方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concentration of flavones in Chrysanthemum Indicum L.Flower in Huangshan is determined by UV spectroscopy at the wave length of 510nm.Rutin is reference standard.The result was that the flavones content in samples was 6.29% calculated by Rutin,the recovery rate was 101.8% and the relative deviation was 0.28%.The method is suitable for simple,rapid and reproducible analysis of flavones in Chrysanthemum Indicum L.Flower in Huangshan.更多还原
