【Abstract】 This paper discusses the theoretical basis and realistic significance of readers’ participation in management from the perspective of library culture.It puts forward that readers’ participation in management is an effective way to benefit readers,teaching staff,assistants and library and emphasizes the importance of readers’ participation from readers’ right of expressing their own idea,knowing the inside story,superintendence and appraisal.更多还原
