【摘要】 为了解黄石蔬菜硝酸盐污染情况,通过对夏季和冬季市场供应的主要蔬菜进行硝酸盐监测,用GB/T 5009.33-2003分析蔬菜中的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的含量,结果显示:蔬菜硝酸盐污染十分严重。对影响蔬菜硝酸盐累积的原因进行了探讨,提出了防治硝酸盐污染的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to inverstigate the nitrate pollution in vegetables of Huangshi city,it measures the main vegetables supplied in summer and winter according to GB/T 5009.33-2003.The result shows that nitrate pollution of vegetables in Huangshi is very serious.Factors that affect nitrate accumulation in vegetables are discussed and some measures to control vegetable nitrate pollution are proposed.更多还原
