【摘要】 探讨强化临床医学专业学生实践技能方法,提高医学生临床应用能力和技能操作水平,提高医院带教老师和病人对学生的满意度。选择2003级临床医学专业43名学生为研究对象,设计实习前强化训练内容和方法,逐项进行训练,随机抽样测试并对比强化训练前后学生技能成绩。通过实习前强化训练,学生体格检查技能成绩、病历书写及医嘱等合格率与强化训练前相比有显著的差异性(P<0.01)。对医学生开展实习前强化训练,是提高医学生临床应用能力及实践技能水平的有效方法,具有一定的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper probes the methods of intensifying the medicos’ clinical skills training to develop the medicos’ abilities in clinical practice so as to improve the satisfaction of the instructors in the hospital and patients to the performance of the medicos in practical training in the hospital.43 clinical medical majors are chosen as samples.The program of intensified training is designed and carried out gradually before they begin to receive practical medical training in the hospitals.The medicos are tested randomly.The test scores after training are contrasted with that before training.The test scores after training,including the scores of medical examination,medical record writing and doctor’s advice writing,differ obviously from those before training(p<0.01).The experiment shows that receiving intensified training before receiving practical medical training in the hospitals jif of practical value and proves to be very effective in improving the quality of medico’s clinical practice.更多还原
