【摘要】 在分析体育院校图书馆人力资源管理现状的情况下,阐述了图书馆人力资源管理和开发的重要性,提出了人力资源管理和开发的新理念。

【Abstract】 The article expounds the importance of management of human resourees in library and development,analyses the current condition.Puts forward same new concepts.
