【Abstract】 Advanced technology and equipment manufacturing industry depends on and promotes each other,and thus develop together.Weak technology foundation,backward manufacture modes,and technical professionals’ drainage are some of the problems in Heilongjiang equipment manufacturing industry.The traditional industry of Heilongjiang Province can be rebuilt by means of information reformation,setting up innovative modes of coordination between technology,organization,culture and system,adjusting industrial configuration,organizing strategic alliance,seeking new patterns of collaborating innovation,and upgrading industrial structures.更多还原
