影响聚合硫酸铁盐基度的因数分析
Experimental Study on Factors Effecting Alkalization Degree of PFS
【摘要】 进行双氧水直接氧化法制备聚合硫酸铁的实验,研究反应温度、反应时间、硫酸根离子浓度与三价铁离子浓度的比、总铁浓度和静置熟化时间等对聚合硫酸铁盐基度的影响.结果表明,在反应温度为50℃、反应时间为2~3 h、硫酸根离子浓度与三价铁离子浓度的比为1.25~1.35、铁的浓度为0.1 kg.L-1、静置熟化48 h时,聚合硫酸铁盐基度可稳定在11%以上,反应0.5 h后,加入质量分数为0.8%的助聚剂绿矾,则盐基度可达14%以上.
【Abstract】 In the preparation of H2O2 direct oxidizing PFS,the major factors effecting alkalization degree of the polymerized ferric sulphate(PFS) were investigated.Experimental results show that such as,reaction temperature,reaction time,[SO2-4]/[Fe2+],ferric content, resting period,assistflocculant can all influence the alkalization degree of product.Under suitable conditions: the reaction temperature is 50 ℃,reaction time is 2~3 h,[ SO2-4]/[Fe2+] is 1.25~1.35,ferric content is 100 g·L-1,after reaction time is 0.5 h,about 0.8% of quantity of ferrous sulfates assistflocculant is added in them,alkalization degree can be stabilized above 14% when product is placeded with 48 h.
