电流变液的流变性试验和建模
Experimental Study and Modeling for Rheological Properties of a Kind of Electrorheological Fluid
【摘要】 利用旋转粘度计装置,研究电流变液的流变特性.通过试验,分析电场强度、剪切速率和分散相粒子的百分比等对电流变液剪切应力的影响.利用实验数据,建立描述电流变液流变特性的Bingham模型、广义Bingham和非线性模型,并讨论它们的误差.
【Abstract】 The rheological properties of a kind of electrorheological fluid is investigated using a rotational viscometer.The results show the operational effects such as the electric strength,the shear rate,the dispersed phase of mass fraction on the shear stress of the fluid.And three models,i.e.,the Bingham model,the quasi-Bingham model and a nonlinear model for the shear stress of the electrorheological fluid are presented using the experimental data,and the errors of the models are discussed.
