车载火炮动力学仿真
Dynamics Simulation of Vehicle-Mounted Gun
【摘要】 火炮发射时,部件的弹性会影响炮口扰动的幅度,从而影响火炮射击精度。通过分析全炮的拓扑结构,在一定的简化基础上,根据固定界面动态子结构和拉格朗日方程进行柔体建模理论,利用ADAMS软件建立了车载火炮多柔体模型。在实际建模中,取身管、上架为柔体,其余部件仍取为刚体。考虑身管、上架的变形,对全炮进行了动力学仿真。研究了各个部件的弹性对火炮射击精度的影响程度。该动力学仿真可为车载火炮的总体设计和部件设计提供参考。
【Abstract】 Component elasticity may have effect on amplitude of muzzle disturbance during gun is firing, and also have effect on fire accuracy of gun. Based on some simplifications and flexible modeling theory of fixed interface dynamic substructure as well as Lagrange equation, vehicle-mounted gun flexible model was set up by means of analysis of topology structure and ADAMS software. In the course of model establishment, take barrel and top carriage as flexible bodies, take remaining parts as solid bodies.Taking deformation of barrel and top carriage into account, dynamics simulation of gun system was carried out. Influence of elasticity of various parts on gun fire accuracy was studied. Dynamics simulation can provide reference for general design and part design of vehicle-mounted gun.
