新型视黄基席夫碱盐的合成与吸波性能研究
Study on Synthesis of New-type Retinyl Schiff Base Salts and Microwave Absorbing Performance
【摘要】 以维生素A醋酸酯为原料,通过水解、利用活性二氧化锰氧化得视黄醛,醛与联苯胺反应合成席夫碱,席夫碱掺杂金属银化合物制得新型视黄基席夫碱盐;研究了活性二氧化锰氧化试剂对产物产率的影响,并通过元素分析、红外光谱等对产物结构进行表征。研究结果表明:以活性二氧化锰为氧化剂,在常温下氧化时间26 h;合成视黄基席夫碱银盐的条件为80℃反应4 h;测定掺杂银盐在2~18GHz范围内最好的反射率为-16 dB。
【Abstract】 This paper synthesized one novel retinyl schiff base salts for that based on that hydrolyzed the vitamin A soft capsules to retinol then oxidized to retinene by active MnO2,which synthesized retinyl schiff base with Benzidine,Last the retinyl schiff base salt was synthesized by adulterating Silver nitrate.The effect of oxidant on yields was studied.The result showing the retinene was oxidized by active MnO2 for 26 hours in room temperature and synthesized reinyl schiff base salt in 80℃ for 4 hours.Their structures were determined by the element analysis and IR spectrum.The absorbent of schiff base salt was measured in 218GHz,the optimum reflecting rate was-16dB.
