季戊四醇基膨胀型阻燃剂在聚丙烯中阻燃效果的研究
Flame Retarding Effect of Pentaerythritol Based IFR on Polypropylene
【摘要】 热重分析表明膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)可提高聚丙烯的最大热失重速率温度、增加热失重残余率,使聚丙烯的极限氧指数有较大的提高。差示扫描量热法测试结果表明,三组分IFR比两组分IFR有更好的阻燃性能,扫描电镜照片观察到三组分IFR有更好的膨胀发泡效果。
【Abstract】 Thermal gravimeteric analysis(TGA) showed that IFR increased the maximum heat loss tempreture,the sample’s residued char and the limit oxygen index(LOI) of polypropylene.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) results showed that three-components IFR had much better flame retarding effect than two-components IFR.A favorable foam structure after combustion was observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM).
