F2314加速热老化后的性能分析
Studying the Change of F2314 Performance in a Accelerated Ageing System
【摘要】 主要利用多种检测技术,分析了高聚物F2314在特定的加速湿热老化条件下的相关性能变化,实验结果表明:F2314不同组份之间发生了形变和迁移,含氟基团有向表面高温区迁移的空间趋向;并且其分子量下降,结晶度增高;分子式中的不稳定结构,随着温度的升高,含量减少。
【Abstract】 The change of F2314 performance in a accelerated ageing system is presented by various analyzing methods.Analyzing and discussing from the experimental result,we got the change trend: the deformation and migration occurred in the different component parts,and those groups which contain F element moved to the higher temperature area.Its molecular weight was depressed and labile structure were reduced with the temperature rising.
