【摘要】 目的:研究中药松针挥发油对心衰的治疗作用。方法:采用腹腔注射盐酸阿霉素的方法建立心衰大鼠模型,松针挥发油连续治疗28d,测定和分析各组大鼠的心功能。结果:松针挥发油治疗组和模型对照组比较左心室收缩压显著升高。结论:中药松针挥发油可明显改善心衰大鼠的心功能,具有良好的抗心衰作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the therapeutical effect of pine needle essential oil on heart failure. Methods: Heart failure rats modell were produced by doxorubicin hydrochloride intraperitoneal injection. The rats were treated continuously by pine needle essential oil for 28 days. Heart function of the rats was determined and analyzed. Results: The left-ventricular contraction endo-press of the treated group by pine needle essential oil increased compared with that of the model group. Conclusion: Function of heart failure rats can be improved by pine needle essential oil.更多还原
