【Abstract】 Ventricular reconstruction of postmyocardial infarction is one of the important dangerous factors of occurrence of heart failure and heart death.This disease is the syndrome of the deficient incidental and the excessive fundamental,and supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation is the main therapeutic principle.Supplementing Qi is to treat the fundamental and activating blood circulation by removing blood stasis is to treat the incidental.The method of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation may be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of ventricular reconstruction by way of relieving ventricular pressure and vascular resistance of systemic circulation and improving the hymodynamics;a long-term use of the method may resist the ventricular reconstruction of postmyocardial infarction.更多还原
