【摘要】 目的研究湘蕾一号金银花花蕾中的挥发油组分。方法采用GC-MS法。结果湘蕾一号金银花花蕾中挥发油分离鉴定出70个化合物,占挥发油总量的96.01%,并测定了各成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。湘蕾一号金银花花蕾挥发油中芳樟醇(Linaiool)、香叶醇(Geraniol)、α-松油醇(α-Terpineol)等有效成分含量均高于金银花忍冬,芳樟醇的含量高达28.85%。结论湘蕾一号金银花花蕾的质量优于金银花忍冬,是值得大力推广和应用的优良品种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research and analyze the volatile oil compositions in the flower bud of the Xiangleiyihao flos lonicerea.Methods The method of the GC-MS was adopted.Results Seventy compounds were separated and authenticated from the volatile oil in the flower bud of the Xianleiyihao flos lonicerea,which occupied 96.01% in the total amount of the volatile oil,and the opposite percentage of every composition in the volatile oil was measured.The content of the effective compositions Linaiool,Geraniol.α-Terpineol etc in the volatile oil of Xiangleiyihao were higher than that in Lonicera japonica Thunb,and the content of Linaioul was 28.85%.Conclousion The quality of the Xiangleiyihao is better than that of Lonicera japonica Thunb,and it is a good species to be expanded and applied.更多还原
