【摘要】 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对高血压病左室肥厚的逆转作用及对血清内皮素的影响。方法:将62例原发性高血压病合并左室肥厚患者随机分成两组,治疗组32例采用四泰片加洛汀新治疗,对照组30例单予洛汀新治疗,12周后观察降压疗效,以超声心动图观察治疗后心脏结构的变化,并检验血清内皮素的水平。结果:治疗组血压水平有明显下降,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗组的左室质量指数明显小于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组血清内皮素水平明显低于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗本病确能逆转左室肥厚,并能显著降低血清内皮素水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the influence of reversion effect and serum endothelin in left ventricular hypertrophy complicated by hypertension treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method: 62 cases of left ventricular hypertrophy complicated by primary hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in the treatment group were treated by Sitai tablets and Lotensin and cases in the control group only by Lotensin. The effect of drop of blood pressure ,the changes of cardiac structure detected by ultrasonic cardiagraph and testing the level of serum endothelin after treating for 12 weeks. Results: The blood pressure in cases of treatment group was fell markedly, it had significant difference as compared with the control group(P<0.05) , the left ventricular quality digital and level of serum endothelin in the treatment group were less than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine could reverse left ventricular hypertrophy and reduce the level of serum endothelin markedly.更多还原
