【摘要】 目的:观察水蛭粉胶囊联合聚维酮碘软膏治疗糖尿病足部溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将76例患者随机分成2组,对照组38例予单纯西药治疗,治疗组38例予水蛭粉胶囊联合聚维酮碘软膏治疗;观察2组肉芽组织出现时间(GT)、溃疡愈合时间(HT)、临床疗效及半年内溃疡复发情况。结果:治疗组不同病情、不同程度相应GT和HT均显著短于对照组(P<0.01);两组总有效率比较,P<0.05;半年内两组溃疡复发率比较,P<0.01。结论:水蛭粉胶囊联合聚维酮碘软膏治疗糖尿病足部溃疡可显著缩短溃疡愈合时间,明显降低溃疡复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect on diabetic ulcer of foot treated by Hirudo powder capsulea and Polyvinylpyrrolidone-Iodine complex.Method:76 cases were randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in the control group were treated with western routine therapy,Hirudo powder capsulea and Polyvinylpyrrolidone-Iodine complex were used in the treatment group.Time of granulation tissue(GT)appearing and ulcer healing(TH),clinical effect and recurrence of ulcer in half year were observed.Results: The corresponding GT and TH of different state of an illness and different degree in the in the treatment group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<(0.01)),the total effective rate were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05) and the recurrence rate of ulcer in half year were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Hirudo powder capsulea and Polyvinylpyrrolidone-Iodine complex could shorten the time of ulcer healing and decrease recurrence of ulcer markedly in treating diabetic ulcer of foot.更多还原
