中风病痰热腑实证大鼠模型血浆CCK水平变化

【摘要】 目的:观察中风病痰热腑实证动物模型血浆胆囊收缩素(choiecystokinin,CCK)的水平变化。方法:用胶原酶脑内注射配合大鼠自体粪便灌胃的方法复制模型,放免法检测模型大鼠血浆CCK水平。结果:模型大鼠脑组织含水量和血浆CCK水平明显高于单纯脑出血模型组(P<0.01)。以通腑化痰法治疗该模型大鼠,结果脑组织含水量和血浆CCK水平明显低于痰热腑实证模型组和单纯脑出血模型组(P<0.01)。结论:胶原酶脑内注射配合大鼠自体粪便灌胃的方法复制的中风病痰热腑实证大鼠模型血浆CCK水平明显高于单纯脑出血模型组,治疗后血浆CCK水平明显降低。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the change of blood plasma CCK in acute apoplexy phlegm-heat FU-organ sthenia syndrome rat model. Method: The rat model was induced by collagenase injected per brain and itself stool per intragastric administration. Radioimmunity was used to detected the CCK in rat blood plasma. Result: The results showed that brain tissue water content and blood plasma CCK are higher in model rats than brain hemorrhage rats and brain tissue water content and blood plasma CCK are lower in model rats after decanta and eliminate sputum than model rats and brain hemorrhage rats. Conclusion: Blood plasma CCK are higher in acute apoplexy phlegm-heat FU-organ sthenia syndrome rat model induced by collagenase injected per brain and itself stool per intragastric administration than purely brain hemorrhage rat model and blood plasma CCK became lower by decanta and eliminate sputum treated.
