【摘要】 目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)临床上应用急冠平中药治疗的有效性及预防并发症的获益程度。方法:将143例ACS患者随机分为两组,中西医结合治疗组(中西医组)72例,西药治疗组(对照组)71例。两组均按ACS/AHA2002年3月17日网上公布的抗缺血、抗凝治疗建议进行,中西医组加用急冠平中药观察抗心绞痛、心律失常、泵衰竭及死亡情况。结果:中西医组心绞痛缓解率91.6%,对照组64.8%;心电图改善情况中西医组87.5%,对照组63.3%,二者均优于对照组(P<0.05);统计心律失常发生率中西医组58.3%,对照组88.7%,有显著差异(P<0.05);泵衰竭与死亡情况中西医组比对照组有显著下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of jiguangping on treating ACS and the effect on preventing complicating disease. Methods: 143 cases of ACS were devided into two groups: 72 cases of western and Chinese medicine treatment group, and 71 cases of western medicine treatment group. Two groups were treated by the standards of antiischemia, anticoagulation of ACS/AHA published on the net in 2002.3.17. Observed the improvement of anginal , arrhythmia, pump failure and death with the treatment of western and Chinese medicine plus jiguanping. Results: in western and Chinese medicine treatment group, 91.6% cases of anginal were improved, and in control group, it was 64.8%; in western and Chinese medicine treatment group 87.5% cases of electrocardiogram were improved, and in control group, it was 63.3%. The effects of treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.05). 58.3% cases in western and Chinese medicine treatment group caught arrhythmia, and in control group it was 88.7%, and there was markedly difference (P<0.05).
