【摘要】 目的观察颌面部外伤的急诊整容处理的治疗结果。方法对178例严重颌面部外伤的患者进行急诊整复、整容治疗,并于伤后3个月观察疗效。结果全部病例的伤口均一期愈合,瘢痕小,无畸形,无并发症。结论颌面部外伤的急诊整容处理疗效满意,急诊整容应作为颌面部外伤急诊处理的常规治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of the emergency facelifting treatment on maxillofacial injury.Methods 178 cases of maxillofacial injury were given facelifting treatment during their emergency call,then the effects were observed for 3 months after treatment.Results The wounds on all cases were healing at first intention,and cicatrices were slight.There was no deformity and complication.Conclusion The effects of the emergency facelifting treatment on maxillofacial injury are satisfying.Emergency facelifting should be a regular treatment method for maxillofacial injury.更多还原
