【摘要】 目的:揭示基质金属蛋白酶在人宫颈鳞癌中的表达并探讨其与淋巴结转移、预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测53例石蜡标本中基质金属蛋白酶在宫颈鳞状上皮细胞癌的不同分级以及临床不同分期中的表达情况。结果:宫颈癌组织中淋巴结转移组基质金属蛋白酶的阳性率(78.3%)显著高于无淋巴结转移组(63.3%),P<0.01;基质金属蛋白酶的表达与病理分级、临床分期没有显著相关性。结论:基质金属蛋白酶的高表达有助于判断宫颈癌的转移潜能并指导临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of MMPs in cervical carcinoma and the relationship with lymphatic metastasis and prognosis in cervical carcinoma.Methods Fifty-three paraffin-embedded specimens were identified immunohistochemically by antibodies against MMPs,respectively.The relationship between those indexes and the factors related to clinical pathology of cervical carcinoma were analyzed statistically.Results In squamous cell carcinomas,MMPs protein was expressed in 78.3% of patients,which was obviously higher than that without lymphatic metastasis(P<0.01).There was no statistical difference of MMPs level among the three grades and between the two stages.Conclusion The positive expression of MMPs can be used to estimate the metastatic potentiality and guide the clinical treatment.更多还原
