【摘要】 目的:探讨检测肝功能和血脂指标在长期大量饮酒中的临床价值。方法:对长期大量饮酒者禁酒前后肝功能和血脂指标进行对比分析。结果:酒精性脂肪肝组血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶、胆碱酯酶、丙氨酸基转移酶、总胆汁酸、三酰甘油和总胆固醇水平显著高于非脂肪肝组(P<0.01);酒精性脂肪肝组血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶和丙氨酸基转移酶水平均高于非酒精性脂肪肝组(P<0.01),三酰甘油和胆碱酯酶水平与非酒精脂肪组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。长期大量饮酒者禁酒1个月后,血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、胆碱酯酶、总胆红素水平较禁酒前均无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶、丙氨酸甘转移酶和总胆汁酸水平较禁酒前有显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:长期大量饮酒者特别是脂肪肝时不仅具有血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇的代谢紊乱,而且存在明显的肝功能异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the clinical significance of determining hepatic function and blood lipid level in persons who drink a great deal of alcohol for a long period of time.Methods The hepatic function and blood lipid level were determined in the persons before and after giving up drinking alcohol.Results In the group of alcohol fatty liver,the levels of serum γ-glutamyltran spetidse,acetylcholinesterase,alanine aminotransferase,total bile acid,triglyceride and total cholesterincholesterol were obviously higher than the group of healthy(P<0.01),the levels of γ-glutamyltranspetides and alanine aminotransferase were obviously higher than the group of fatty liver caused by other reasons(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference between the group of alcohol fatty liver and the group of fatty liver caused by other reasons(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesteiol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,alcohol fatty liver acetylcholinesterase and total bibirubin in serum of the persons before and one month after stopping drinking alcohol(P>0.05);while the levels of γ-glutamyltranspetides,dlamine aminotiansferase and total bile acid in serum were much lower than before stoping drinking alcohol(P<0.01).Conclusion Those who drink a great deal of alcohol for a long term,especially suffer from fatty liver,have triglyceride and total cholesterol metabolic turbulence,as well as have abnormal hepatic function.更多还原
