【摘要】 目的:建立脑心清分散片中原儿茶酸的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,C18色谱柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(10:90)(用冰醋酸调节pH值至2.8)为流动相,检测波长256 nm,柱温为室温,进样量为10μl。结果:原儿茶酸在30~600 ng范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=5)。平均回收率为98.52%(n=5)。结论:本测定方法为脑心清分散片的质量评价提供了可靠的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the method of HPLC for determination of the dihydroxy benzoic acid in Naoxinqing dispersible tablet.Method: The HPLC was used as the assay method,the system consisted of C₁₈（200mm×4.6mm,5μm） column,mobile phase of menthol-water（1090）,the detection wavelength at 256 nm.the column temperature was room temperature,with sample size 10μL.Result: Dihydroxy benzoic acid has a good linearity at the range of 30～600 ng,r=0.9999（n=5）.The average recovery was 98.52%（n=5）.Conclusion: the method supply a reliable basis for quality evaluation of naoxinqing dispersible tablet.更多还原
