【摘要】 【目的】评价阴道镜检查对宫颈接触性出血(cervical contactive bleeding,CCB)患者的诊断价值。【方法】对照分析267例CCB患者的阴道镜检查、宫颈细胞学、阴道镜下定位活检及LEEP术前后病检等各项结果。【结果】阴道镜检查的灵敏度为86.0%,特异性为85.0%;阴道镜拟诊与组织病理学检查之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);阴道镜下定位活检与LEEP术后病检的符合率为77.1%;宫颈细胞学和阴道镜检查结合后的总灵敏度为94%。【结论】阴道镜检查能初步判断CCB的疾病分类;阴道镜检结合细胞学检查,可提高宫颈癌筛查的灵敏度。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate colposcopy in diagnosis for cervical disease patients of cervical contactive bleeding(CCB).【Methods】Pap smears,colposcopy and pathologic diagnosis before and after LEEP operation were analysed in 267 patients of CCB.【Results】The rate of sensitivity and speciality of colposcopy was(86.0%、)85.0% respectively;combining colposcopy and cervical cytology,the sensitivity was increased to 94%;before and after LEEP operation,the rate of coincidence with pathologic diagnosis was 77.1%;no difference was found between the results of colposcopy and pathology(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Colposcopy can judge the pathogeny of patients with CCB preliminarily,colposcopy should be combined with Pap smears.更多还原
