【摘要】 【目的】观察改良羟基磷灰石义眼台(简称HA义眼台)植入术的临床疗效。【方法】将75例患眼内容剜除后,将HA义眼台植入巩膜壳后的肌圆锥内,巩膜壳呈双层帽状覆盖于义眼台前方。【结果】术后2例球结膜裂开,2周后自行愈合。随访1~4年,无义眼台脱出,无球结膜裂开,无睑下垂,义眼片活动度良好,外形满意。【结论】改良HA义眼台植入术并发症少,效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To observe the clinical effects of improved orbital implantation with hydroxyapatite spheres.【Methods】After 75 eyeballs eviscerations,the hydroxyapatite sphere was implanted into muscular pyramid,the frontal part was covered by autograft of bilaminar sclera.【Results】After operations,conjunctiva split appeared in two cases and cured itself after 2 weeks.All cases were followed up for 1~4 years,there was no case with hydroxyapatite implants exposure and conjunctival split and ptosis.The cosmetic appearance and the pseudo-ophthalmic mobility were fine.【Conclusion】The improved hydroxyapatite orbital implantation is a good method with satisfied effect and less complication.更多还原
