【摘要】 【目的】探讨数字减影(DSA)三维重建(3D)在颅内动脉瘤诊断和治疗中的价值。【方法】采用普通DSA及三维DSA脑血管造影检查疑似颅内动脉瘤患者51例,对比分析普通DSA及3D-DSA的影像学结果。【结果】共发现31例患者41个动脉瘤,分别采取了手术夹闭、血管内治疗、定期观察等治疗方案。【结论】3D-DSA极大提高了脑血管造影检查的准确性和可靠性,对动脉瘤的进一步治疗提供了更为丰富的信息,同时具有安全和操作方便等优点,有很高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To observe the value of three dimensional(3-D) reconstruction on the digital subtraction angiography(DSR)in the diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysm.【Methods】The ordinary DSA and 3-D DSA cerebral angiography were applied to 51 patients with doubtful intracranial aneurysm,the results of the ordinary DSA and 3D-DSA analyzed,the therapeutic schedules were decided according to the radiographic results.【Results】Fourty one aneurysms were discovered in all 31 patients,and treated separately with the clamp operation,intravascular treatment and observation.【Conclusion】The 3D-DSA very greatly enhances the accuracy and reliability of cerebral angiography examination and provides more information for the further treatment of aneurysm,at the same time,this method is safe and easy,and thus has very high clinical value.更多还原
