【摘要】 【目的】评估CD44v6与结肠癌临床病理指标和预后的关系。【方法】用免疫组织化学法对1998~2000年手术治疗的47例原发结肠癌组织中CD44v6蛋白表达进行检测,分析其与临床病理指标和预后的关系。【结果】本组结肠癌CD44v6表达与结肠癌的分化程度(P=0.010)和Dukes分期(P=0.001)相关,CD44v6表达阳性患者3年生存率为45.45%,5年生存率为13.64%;CD44v6表达阴性患者3年生存率为72.00%,5年生存率为60.00%。单因素分析表明病理类型、Dukes分期、CD44v6表达差异有显著性。多因素分析提示Dukes分期和CD44v6表达是独立的预后指标。【结论】CD44v6表达对判断结肠癌的预后有参考价值,可作为判断结肠癌患者预后的独立性指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the correlation of the expression of CD44v6 genes with the clinicopathological index and prognosis of colon cancer.【Methods】The expression of CD44v6 genes was detected by immunohistochemistry assays in 47 cases with primary colon cancer.【Results】CD44v6 expression was associated with tumor differentiation(P=0.010)and Dukes stage(P=0.001).The 3,5 years survival rates of the patients with positive CD44v6 were 45.45%?13.64% respectively.The 3,5 years survival rates of the patients with negative CD44v6 were 72.00%?60.00% respectively.The univariate analysis showed that the predictors of survival were pathological type?Dukes’s staging?CD44v6 expression.By multivariate analysis only Dukes’s staging and CD44v6 expression presented the independent prognostic significance.【Conclusion】CD44v6 expression appears to be new prognostic factor for colon cancer.更多还原
