【摘要】 【目的】探讨胫骨平台骨折内固定治疗的临床效果。【方法】回顾分析2004年4月至2005年5月收治的64例胫骨平台骨折手术患者的临床资料。患者采用切开复位,钢板内固定,BMP植骨,术后康复治疗。【结果】64例患者均获随访,平均随访时间9.63个月。采用Rasmussen临床和放射评分方法,优良率分别为82.8%和81.3%。【结论】内固定手术是治疗胫骨平台骨折的有效方法。正确的手术时机选择、稳定的内固定、保护关节附属结构、BMP植入、正确关节功能康复治疗,对提高疗效有明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyse the clinical effect of tibial plateau fractures with internal fixation.[Methods]Sixty four cases of tibial plateau fracture were treated with open reduction, internal fixation, BMP graft and postoperative rehabilitation from April 2004 to May 2005.[Results]All the patients were followed-up for an average of 9.63 months. The clinical results were assessed according to Rasmussen clinical and radiological scoring systems, which showed the excellent and good rates were 82.8% and 81.3% respectively.[Conclusion]Internal fixation is an effective method to treat tibial plateau fracture. Correct choice of operation occasion, stable internal fixation, protection of the knee joint structure, BMP graft and correct function rehabilitation show significant impact on curative effects.更多还原
