【摘要】 【目的】提高对异位妊娠的诊断和鉴别诊断能力,及早确诊异位妊娠,防止误诊误治。【方法】对本院2001年6月至2005年6月间收治的异位妊娠751例患者的发病和误诊情况进行回顾性分析。【结果】751例异位妊娠中误诊病例为27例,误诊率为3.60%,其中异位妊娠误诊为其他疾病12例,其他疾病误诊为异位妊娠15例。【结论】提高对异位妊娠的认识,详细询问病史,全面认真分析各种辅助检查是减少误诊的重要手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To enhance the ability of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis for ectopic pregnancy,to confirm diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in time,avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.【Methods】Retrospective analysis of 751 patients about the conditions of the disease onset and misdiagnosis from June,2001~June,2005 in our hospital.【Results】In 751 cases of ectopic pregnancy,there were 27 cases with misdiagnosis,the misdiagnosis rate was 3.60%.Of 27 cases,12 cases of ectopic pregnancy were misdiagnosed as other diseases and 15 cases of other disease were misdiagnosed as ectopic pregnancy.【Conclusion】Familiarity with ectopic pregnancy,inquiry about the history in detail,entire analysis of various lab data are the important methods to decrease its misdiagnosis rate.更多还原
