【摘要】 【目的】探讨陈旧性心肌梗死患者左右心室内舒张早期血流速度衰减的变化规律及左右心室功能关系。【方法】陈旧性心肌梗死组(OMI):30例,为陈旧性心肌梗死患者;正常对照组:30例,为性别、年龄、匹配的正常人。应用脉冲多普勒分别检测陈旧性心肌梗死患者二尖瓣瓣尖、瓣下1 cm2、cm、及3 cm处舒张早期E波峰值流速和三尖瓣瓣尖及瓣下1 cm2、cm处舒张早期E波峰值流速,并与对照组比较。【结果】陈旧性心肌梗死组左右心室各点E波峰值流速较正常对照组显著减低;两组患者左右心室内舒张早期血流速度的衰减均呈非线性。【结论】陈旧性心肌梗死患者左室舒张功能减退可导致右室舒张功能减退。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To study the early diastolic filling velocity decrease rule of intra-ventricle and the relation between right and left ventricular functions of patients with old myocardial infarction(OMI).【Methods】Subjects were assigned to two groups :OMI group :30 patients with OMI and control group :30 normal persons matched with age and gender.Pulse Doppler was used to measure the maximal flow velocity of mitral flow velocity E0 at mitral tip and those of E1,E2,E3 derived from 1cm,2cm and 3cm from mitral tip towards the apex of patients with OMI and compared with those of normal group;triscupid indexes were also obtained by the methods described as above.【Results】Compared with the normal group,the E wave peak velocities at different points of intraventricle of patients with OMI decreased significantly;the early diastolic flow velocities of both left and right ventricle decreased in no-linear manner in both groups.【Conclusion】Left ventricular diastolic dysfunction of patients with OMI could lead to right ventricular diastolic dysfunction.更多还原
