【摘要】 【目的】探讨鼻内镜下选择性手术治疗结构性鼻炎的可行性。【方法】对98例结构性鼻炎病人进行鼻内镜下选择性手术治疗,随访6个月至2年,评估疗效。【结果】84例治愈,11例有效,3例无效,有效率96.9%(95/98)。【结论】鼻内镜下选择性手术治疗结构性鼻炎是一种有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To explore the feasibility of selective endoscopic surgical management of structural rhinitis.【Methods】Ninety-eight patients of structural rhinitis were treated with selective endoscopic surgery and followed up 6 months to 2 years.【Results】Eighty-four patients were cured,eleven effective,three ineffective.The total therapeutic effective rate was 96.9%(95/98).【Conclusion】The selective endoscopic surgical management of structural rhinitis may be a choice of treatment for structural rhinitis.更多还原
