【摘要】 目的:观察食管癌组织中共刺激分子CD80(B7-1)和CD86(B7-2)的表达,以了解共刺激途径在食管癌肿瘤免疫中的作用和意义。方法:以正常食管组织和癌周组织为对照,采用免疫组织化学方法观察食管癌组织中CD80(B7-1)和CD86(B7-2)的表达。结果:CD80在食管癌组织中的表达阳性率及阳性频数均明显低于癌周组织和正常食管组织(P<0.05、P<0.01)。CD86的表达阳性率在3组组织中无显著性差异(P>0.05),但食管癌组织中阳性频数显著低于正常组织(P<0.05)。CD80和CD86存在细胞核,细胞质2种表达,缺乏细胞膜上的表达。结论:共刺激分子CD80与CD86在食管癌组织中呈低水平表达,并且存在着向细胞膜转运的障碍,可能与食管癌的发生、发展相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the expressions of CD80 and CD86 in esophageal carcinoma, as to get some information about the function of costimulatory pathway in the tumor immunity of esophageal carcinoma. Methods: Controlled with normal and pericancerous tissue, immunohistochemistry method was used to assess the expressions of CD80 and CD86 in the tissues of esophageal carcinoma. Results: Compared with controlled groups,the positive expression ratio and frequencies of CD80 and CD86 in esophageal carcinoma tissue were down regulated significantly. Furthermore, both the expressions of CD80 and CD86 could only be detected in the nucleus and cytoplasm but not on the cell membrane. Conclusions: The defected expressions of costimulatroy molecules CD80 and CD86 would lead to the tumor cell escaping the attack of immune system.更多还原
