【摘要】 目的:检测弓形虫在不孕不育夫妇的感染情况。方法:采用ELISA方法检测患者血清弓形虫CAg、IgMI、gG。结果:CAgI、gMI、gG阳性率分别为9.09%、16.67%、25.00%;弓形虫抗体阳性率为37.12%;弓形虫感染率为37.88%;男、女性弓形虫感染率分别为22.73%、53.03%,男女弓形虫感染率有显著性差异。夫妻双方同时感染的阳性率为15.15%;习惯性流产患者弓形虫感染率为60%。结论:弓形虫感染在不孕不育夫妇中较常见,女性感染率高于男性;习惯性流产患者感染率最高;因此要高度重视并及时治疗弓形虫感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To detect the station of toxoplasma gondii infection in infertile couples.Methods: ELISA was applied to detect the CAg,IgM,IgG against toxoplasma gondiiin ser of patienst.Results: The positive rate of CAg,IgM and IgG was 4.55%,16.67% and 25.00% respectively,The positive rate of anti_toxoplasma antibodies was 37.12%,the infection rate of toxoplasma gondii was 37.88%,male and female infection rate of toxoplasma gondii was 22.73% and 53.03% respectively,there was a remarkable difference between male and female.The positite rate of toxoplasma gondii of couples was 15.15%,the infection rate of toxoplasma gondii of habitual abortion patients was 60.00%.Conclusion: The infection of toxoplasma gondii was very general in infertile couples,the infection rate of female was hinger than male,the infection rate of habitual abortion patients was hing the infection of toxoplasma gondii shoukd be paid high attention and treatment in time,decreasing the impression to infertile.更多还原
