不同方法诱发大鼠肺水肿动物模型的比较研究
Compare study of animal model on pulmonary edema in rats by different methods
【摘要】 目的:探讨不同方法诱发大鼠肺水肿动物模型的效果和机理。方法:将实验大白鼠随机分为对照组、氯化铵组、肾上腺组、氯仿组。采用腹腔注射方法分别注入6%氯化铵(雌性:6~8 ml/kg,雄性9~12 ml/kg);肾上腺素2.5 mg/kg;25%氯仿12 ml/kg。通过观察动物的一般情况、肺重系数计算及病理切片观察,确定建立大鼠肺水肿动物模型。结果:氯化铵、肾上腺、氯仿都能引起大鼠肺水肿,其临床表现各有特点。结论:氯化铵、肾上腺素诱发的肺水肿模型,临床症状典型,操作简单,经济易行且重复性好,为教学、临床、科研提供较为理想的动物模型复制方法。
【Abstract】 Objective: The results and mechanism were probed by reproducing manifold animal model of acute pulmonary edema.Methods: The rats were randomly divided into the contrast,ammonium chloride,adrenalin and chloroform,pulmonary edema was established.By injecting,6% ammonium chloride([SX(B-*4/5]+○:6~8 ml/kg,[SX(B-*3/5]↑: 9~12 ml/kg),adrenalin 2.5 mg/kg,25%chloroform 12 ml/kg into the abdomen separately and observing the rats condition,the pulmonary ratio and pathologic slice to establish the pulmonary edema model.Results: The adrenalin,ammonium chloride and chloroform could induce acute pulmonary edema and have their own character.Conclusion: The model of the pulmonary edema induced by adrenalin and ammonium chloride are ideal.The symptoms are obvious,and the animal models are feasible and economic.
