萘哌地尔衍生物BWYJ抗大鼠前列腺增生作用
Effect of Naftopidil’s ramification BWYJ on benign prostatic hyperplasia in castrated rats
【摘要】 目的:观察萘哌地尔衍生物BWYJ对前列腺增生大鼠的组织形态学的影响。方法:采用SD大鼠去势后皮下注射丙酸睾酮法复制大鼠前列腺增生模型。称重法观察BWYJ抗BPH的疗效,H.E.染色同时结合图像分析系统,检测各组腺体腔直径和腺体横断面积的变化。结果:BWYJ 5、10、20 mg/kg均可降低前列腺增生大鼠的前列腺干重指数。形态定量学分析表明:BWYJ各剂量组对腺体腔的最小直径无明显变化(P>0.05),但均能减少腺腔最大直径(P<0.05);BWYJ 10 mg/kg和20 mg/kg可减少腺体横断面积(P<0.05)。结论:BWYJ 5、10、20 mg/kg组对丙酸睾丸酮诱发的大鼠前列腺增生性改变有抑制作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe effect of BWYJ on benign prostatic hyperplasia in castrated rats.Methods: grade castrated,SD rat were injected subcutaneously testosterone propionate to induce BPH.Prostatic tissues were stained by hemoloxylin and eosin,then morphometric changes of glandular were semi-quantified by image analysis system.Results: BWYJ 5、10 、20 mg/kg decreased the prostatic dry weight index of rats.The proliferation index(glandular mean maxium diameter 、mean area) was decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion: BWYJ can inhibited BPH induced by testosterone propionate in castrated SD rats.
