【摘要】 目的探讨Wits值、ANB角和APDI对AngleⅠ类错颌骨矢状关系评价的可靠性。方法采用计算机数字化仪测量法分别测量60例AngleⅠ类错患者的头颅侧位片,计算Wits值、ANB角、APDI及其变异系数,并对3者进行相关分析。结果Wits值、ANB角和APDI的变异系数分别为2.55、0.44、0.55,且3者间均有相关关系(P均=0.000)。结论Wits值、ANB角和APDI均可作为评价AngleⅠ类错颌骨矢状关系的指标,但APDI更具有可靠性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To assess the reliability of evaluating sagittal jaw status of Angle’s class I malocclusion using Wits value, ANB angle, and APDI.Methods:Computer-digitalized apparatus was used to measure Wits value,ANB angle, and APDI of 60 cases of Angle’s class Ⅰ malocclusion. Statistical correlation analysis was performed. Results: Coefficients of variation for Wits value,ANB angle, and APDI were 2.55, 0.44, and 0.05, and good correlation among them was shown (P=0.000).Conclusion: Wits value,ANB angle, and APDI can be used to evaluate the sagittal jaw status of Angle classⅠ malocclusion, but the APDI is more reliable.更多还原
