【摘要】 目的:探讨膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)组织中MMP-2,MMP-9蛋白的表达及其与膀胱肿瘤恶性程度和侵袭性之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测47例BTCC及10例正常膀胱组织中MMP-2、MMP-9及Ⅳ型胶原的表达。结果:与正常对照组相比,BTCC组织中MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白的表达明显增高。随肿瘤分级、分期的增高MMP-9和MMP-2的高表达率增高(P均<0.05或0.01),Ⅳ型胶原的阳性表达率降低(P<0.05或0.01)。MMP-2、MMP-9的高表达率同肿瘤分级、分期呈正相关,Ⅳ胶原的阳性表达率同肿瘤分级、分期呈负相关。结论:MMP-2、MMP-9的高表达与BTCC的恶性程度有关,在BTCC的发生发展中起重要作用,可用于判断BTCC恶性程度及预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim: To investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and the malignant degree and infiltration ability of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC).Methods:The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9,and type-Ⅳ collagen in 47 cases of BTCC and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue was detected using immunohistochemical technique.Results: The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in BTCC tissue was higher than that in normal tissue; with the increase of tumor grades and clinical stages, the high expression rate of MMP-2 and MMP-9 increased and the positive expression rate of type-Ⅳ collagen decreased obviously (P<0.001).Conclusion: The high expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 was correlated with malignance of BTCC, and may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of BTCC.更多还原
