山茱萸脂溶性成分的高效液相色谱法指纹图谱分析

【摘要】 目的:建立山茱萸脂溶性成分的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱分析法,对山茱萸药材的质量进行控制。方法:分别采用乙醚、乙酸乙酯、甲醇作为提取溶剂进行索氏提取,挥干溶剂后再加乙醇溶解,以乙腈甲醇水为流动相,用梯度洗脱的方法进行色谱分离。结果及结论:建立了山茱萸脂溶性成分HPLC指纹图谱的技术参数,以熊果酸为对照物,确定了11个峰为山茱萸药材的共有峰,各共有峰相对保留时间固定,但相对峰面积比值差异较大。所建立的指纹图谱具有良好的重现性和精密度,适用于山茱萸药材的质量控制。

【Abstract】 Aim: To establish the analytical method for the liposoluble components from Cornus Officinalis by HPLC.Methods:The liposoluble components were extracted using diethyl ether, ethyl acetate and methanol, respectively, then the sample was dissolved in ethanol after volatilizing the solvents. Acetonitrile-methanol-water as mobile phase and the gradient elution mode was used in chromatographic separation. Results and Conclusion:Technical parameters of fingerprint for the liposoluble components from Cornus Officinalis by HPLC was obtained.Taking ursolic acid peak as the reference peak, 11 co-possessing peaks which had the same relative retention time, but differed in the ratio of the relative peak areas. The method is precise and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Cornus Officinalis drugs.
