河南食管癌高发区食管癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白和mRNA的表达

【摘要】 目的:探讨河南食管癌高发区居民食管癌组织中c-erbB-2mRNA及蛋白的表达。方法:采用RT-PCR和免疫组化法检测食管癌高发区河南林州市正常人食管上皮组织和食管鳞癌手术切除的癌组织和癌旁组织中c-erbB-2的表达情况。结果:癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);癌组织和癌旁组织中c-erbB-2mRNA表达率与正常人食管胃镜活检组织相比,差异无统计学意义。结论:C-erbB-2蛋白的表达在食管鳞癌的发生过程中可能起一定作用。

【Abstract】 Aim:To study relationship of c-erbB-2 oncogene mRNA and protein expression and human esophageal carcinogenesis.Methods: RT-PCR was used to study the expression of c-erbB-2 oncogene mRNA. Immunohistochemical analysis of C-erbB-2 expression was carried out in 38 cases of esophageal squamous cancer tissue and matched adjacent cancer tissues.Results: The expression of c-erbB-2 protein was higher in the tumour samples than that in adjacent tissue. The c-erbB-2 mRNA expression in cancer and adjacent cancer tissue was higher than that in symptom free endoscopic biopsy tissue.Conclusion: The over-expression of c-erbB-2 oncogene may play a key role in the carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal carcinoma.
