【Abstract】 In view of the characteristic of the local nonferrous metals in Hunan province,The authors have earnestly analysed the present situation of the solid waste,and indicated the importance of its recycle treatment to the circulation economy development.The technical innovation which would improve the rate of the comprehensive utilization of the nature resource has also been elaborated.
