【摘要】 目的:探讨健侧上肢训练对早期脑卒中偏瘫患者功能恢复的影响。方法:早期脑卒中偏瘫患者38例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各19例,对照组重点进行患侧上肢治疗训练,观察组着重健侧上肢的功能、精细协调、控制能力等训练,对患侧上肢主要予以保护,注意体位的摆放和感觉的输入。两组均于治疗前和治疗后两周进行FIM评分及患侧上肢Brunnstrom分级。结果:治疗后,观察组的FIM评分与治疗前相比有极显著性差异(P<0.001),对照组的FIM评分与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后观察组与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05),两组患者患侧上肢Brunnstrom分级,相比差异无显著性。结论:两组训练方法均能改善早期偏瘫患者的功能,但健侧上肢训练对改善早期偏瘫患者的功能独立程度更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It discusses the influence to the early stroke patient’s function by the healthy side upper limb training.Methods We divide 38 early stroke hemiparalysis patients into control group and the observation group, each group 19 cases,the control group gives the trouble side upper limb treatment training with emphasis,observation group emphatically pays attention to healthy side upper limb function,fine coordination,control ability training mainly to protect the trouble side upper limb and body posture placing with feeling input.Two groups should give FIM and the trouble side upper limb Brunnstrom grades before and two weeks after the treatment.Results After the treatment,observation group’s FIM grades with the treatment before compare has the extremely significant difference(P<0.001),the compared group’s FIM grade with the treatment before compare has the significant difference(P<0.05),after the treatment the observation group and the compared group have the significant difference(P<0.05), two groups of patients have little difference with the side upper limb Brunnstrom grades(P>0.05).Conclusion Two groups of training methods can improve the early hemiparalysis patient’s function,but the healthy side upper limb training improves the early hemiparalysis patient’s independent function more obviously.更多还原
