2001年~2005年郑州市鼠疫宿主动物及媒介昆虫本底调查结果分析

【摘要】 目的通过对郑州市不同区域开展鼠疫宿主动物及媒介昆虫的本底调查工作,了解郑州市鼠疫疫情态势,指导防治实践。方法鼠疫宿主动物调查采用鼠笼和鼠夹法,血清学监测采用鼠疫间接血凝实验。结果郑州市的鼠种构成以褐家鼠、黄胸鼠、小家鼠和黑线姬鼠为主,其中以褐家鼠密度为最高;农村住宅区域鼠密度高于城市;鼠疫宿主动物血清的鼠疫菌F1抗体监测结果均为阴性。结论目前郑州市尚未发现动物间鼠疫疫情,但鼠疫宿主动物活动频繁,提示我们注意防范鼠疫疫情风险。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to understand the Epidemic Situation for Plague in Zhengzhou City by the Background Analysis for Reservoir Animals and Medium Insects in Different Regions in Zhengzhou,and to Coach the Prevention and Cure Practice.Method The Investigation of Reservoir Animals for Plague was Used by Rat Cage and Rat Nip,the Serology Surveillance was Used by Indirect Blood Coagulation Test.Result The Constitutes of Reservoir Animals in Zhengzhou City were mainly Composed of Rattus norvegicus,and Rattus flavipectus,and Mus musculus,and Apodemus agrarius.The Highest Density was Lied in Rattus norvegicus.The Density of Rat in Countryside Region was Higher than That of Rat in City.And the Serology Surveillance Results for F1 Antibody of Yersinia Pestis Existed in Reservoir Animals were all Negative.Conclusion The Epidemic Situation for Plague in Zhengzhou City Has not been found,but The Reservoir Animals for Plague Moved About Frequently.It Prompted us to Pay Enough Attention to the Epidemic Situation Caused by Plague.
