涟钢CSP冷轧基板强度控制研究

【摘要】 CSP(Compact Strip Production)生产的钢卷必须适当降低强度,才能适应冷轧生产的要求,降低强度的前提是不影响冷轧产品的性能。研究和生产实践表明:控制钢中[C][、Si][、Mn][、P]、[S][、Als]、[B]、[O]和[N]在合适的范围,能够降低冷轧基板的屈服强度;合适的铸坯出炉温度、终轧温度和卷取温度以及控制轧制压下量,控制机架间水阀开度,手动关闭或开启集水管水阀能够降低冷轧基板屈服强度。通过这些措施,涟钢冷轧基板屈服强度得到了有效控制,能够满足冷轧批量生产的要求。

【Abstract】 In order to adapt the requirement of cold rolling production,the coils of CSP must reduce the strength suitably,and it will not to affect the performance of the cold rolling product.The research and the production practice indicates that controlling the content of [C],,,,, and [N] in the appropriate scope can reduce the yield strength of the cold rolling using sheet steel.Appropriate tapping temperature,finishing temperature,coiling temperature of casting slab,controlling rolling draft,confrolling the opening of the water valves betwcen control housings and manually controling the laminar cooling,can reduce the yield strength of the cold rolling using sheet steel.Through these measures,the yield strength of the cold rolling using sheet steel can be effectively controlled,and can satisfy the requirment of the cold rolling production in lots.
