薄板坯连铸连轧流程V微合金化技术研究
RESEARCH OF V MICROALLOYING TECHNOLOGY IN THE THIN SLAB CASTING AND ROLLING PROCESS
【摘要】 本文基于薄板坯连铸连轧流程物理冶金特征,系统地研究了V的析出规律和V微合金钢的强化机理。结果表明,均热前铸坯中有大量细小V析出物,均热过程中部分析出物溶解,颗粒略有长大;铸坯中的细小析出物对抑制变形奥氏体再结晶晶粒长大有明显的作用,使试验钢具有晶粒尺寸为3~4μm的超细晶组织;组织超细化是导致薄板坯连铸连轧流程V微合金钢强度提高的主要原因。采用薄板坯连铸连轧流程V微合金化技术开发了屈服强度550MPa级HSLAS-F80高强钢,其组织均匀、晶粒超细化、强度高、成型性能和焊接性能优良。
【Abstract】 Based on the physical metallurgy characteristics of thin slab casting and rolling(TSCR) process,the article systematically researches the precipitating regulation of V elment and strengthening mechanism of V microalloyed steel.The result reveals that a great deal of V element precipitate in slab before soaking, and a part of V precipitates dissolve and grow during soaking,and fine precipitates in slab are important to restrain growth of deformation austenite recrystallization grain so that tested steel is with 3~4μm ultra-fine microstructure.The main reason for strength increase of V microalloyed steel is ultra-fine microstructure in TSCR process.Adopting V microalloying technology in TSCR process 550MPa level HSLA-F80 high strength steel was developed with uniformity and utra-fine microstructure,high strength,outstanding forming and welding performance.
