【摘要】 介绍了武钢三个钢厂分别采用100t和300t铁水罐喷吹颗粒镁脱硫,90t铁水罐KR搅拌CaO脱硫和320t混铁车喷吹CaC2脱硫的技术工艺和脱硫效果,连续三年股份公司铁水脱硫比稳定在82.92%以上,铁水脱硫采用的技术进步及控制转炉钢水回硫技术;简析了三种铁水脱硫技术的生产实践;提出了开发和应用铁水“三脱”技术,为今后铁水预处理的重点任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 the paper introduces the three different kinds of desulphrization process and effect adopted by three steelmaking plants in Wu steel.That are desulphrization by pouring Mg grain in 100t and 300t hot metal tank,CaO desulphrization by KP stirring in 90t hot metal tank and pouring CaC2 desulphrization in 320t hot metal mixer.Desulphrization ratio has been stabilized at least 82.92% during continuous three years.It describes the technology improvement of desulphrization and resulphurization technology in controlling converter liquid steel.This paper also briefly analyses the production pratice of three kinds of desulphrization methods;puts forward that developing and applying "three kinds of desulphrization methods" should be the main task for hot metal pretreatment in future.更多还原
