【Abstract】 cyclic dipeptides are quite common in nature and many natural products．They are an important pharmacophore in medicinal chemistry because of their stable structural characterstics．Many cyclic dipeptides have a wide range of biological ac- tivities．The discovery of bioactive cyclic dipeptides and the methods of synthesis of cyclic dipeptides were reviewed in this paper.更多还原
